Thomas is Managing Director of Rockfield. Having grown within the business over the past decade, from engineer to executive leader, he now leads Rockfield's strategic direction, strengthens its leadership team and expands its presence across regions and sectors. His background is in mechanical engineering, with project experience spanning the full asset lifecycle, from studies and detailed design through to renewals, fabrication and delivery, across mining, rail and port infrastructure. Tom leads and develops key client relationships through advisory programs, spanning all sectors. That foundation continues to shape how he leads today, with a focus on systems thinking, disciplined execution and building accountable teams.

As Operations Manager, Bevan leads Rockfield’s national operations, translating business strategy into practical action across project delivery, systems and performance. A mechanical engineer with more than 10 years’ experience across engineering, mining, manufacturing and asset management, he brings strong commercial insight and a continuous improvement mindset. Bevan focuses on supporting delivery teams, strengthening accountability, improving operational efficiency, managing risk and enabling sustainable growth across the business.

Phil is a Senior Market Lead and Principal Engineer within Rockfield’s InfraTech team, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in instrumentation and monitoring. He also leads Rockfield’s product delivery, supporting the development and implementation of practical technology solutions. His international experience spans structural, geotechnical and infrastructure applications, using advanced sensing, data acquisition and monitoring technologies to improve asset performance, safety and informed decision-making.

With a practical and people-focused approach, Shelley works across the business to strengthen engagement, improve internal operations and support a positive, collaborative and values-led workplace.
